Important notice: Whilst many home insurance policies may cover certain pieces of jewellery or watches we would advise all customers to check their policies closely. Certain household policies have restrictions on watch and jewellery cover, and may include limitations such as, no accidental damage cover, no cover outside of the home or cover for holidays abroad. They may also restrict your choice of jeweller for repair or replacement. In the event of a household insurance claim, you may be expected to pay an policy excess and any claims made may affect your future premiums.
BESPOKE SERVICE
TURN YOUR VISION INTO REALITY
STEP ONE – CONSULTATION
Visit our showroom and meet one of our Diamond Heaven experts who will talk you through the bespoke process. This is your opportunity to show us a sketch or an image of the ring you would like us to create. For inspiration, browse a collection of our designs in the gallery below. If you see something you like we can use this as a starting point in your design process. We can help you choose the right diamond or gemstone, based on the criteria we have discussed.
Please let us know if you have a budget in mind and we will design within your requirements. Once we agree on a design, our experts will offer you a quote and talk you through the next stages.
STEP TWO – APPROVAL
The next step is about refining your design. Once a deposit has been placed, our team will begin to work on a CAD, a computer design that you will be able to approve before production. Depending on the design of your piece of jewellery we will offer to create a wax model of your design. This will give you the opportunity to physically try on the design. Once you are completely satisfied with the result, we will begin production.
STEP THREE – PRODUCTION
Bringing your design to life requires great precision and many years of experience in jewellery making.
Diamond Setting Each centre diamond and side stones are selected by our in-house diamond expert.
Hallmarking & Polishing Once hallmarked by the Birmingham Assay Office, the ring will be polished and buffed by hand.
Engraving A personal touch to the inside of your ring.
Quality Control In the final stage we will ensure every delicate detail is checked over and not only meet the customers’ requirements, but also Diamond Heavens high standards.
STEP FOUR – COLLECTION
Before you collect your ring, we will issue a few quality control steps to ensure every detail is checked over more than once. In this stage we will check the polish of the ring, the finger size, the security of each diamond and claws. Once your ring has been hallmarked by the Birmingham Assay Office, we will contact you for collection of your bespoke creation.

WHAT IS THE BESPOKE PROCESS?
This is your opportunity to create something special and unique. An item of jewellery that is personal to you. It will start with a consultation session with a DH expert, where you can bring visual references or simply discuss your requirements.
HOW LONG WILL MY DESIGN TAKE?
We work on a 4–6-week timeframe after we’ve finalized your design. However, each project is different, and we will be able to discuss a timeframe for you in your consultation.
WILL WE BE ABLE TO SEE THE DESIGN BEFORE PURCHASE?
Once a deposit has been placed, we can produce a CAD design (computerised design) for you to view and discuss with us before production begins. This would be the perfect opportunity to amend the design and to visually see your sketch come to life.
